For this episode’s Non-Profit Spotlight, Markus Garza has selected All Things Possible Ministries headed by Victor Marx, an organization that identifies, interrupts, and restores those affected by trauma.
Victor gained notoriety with an online following after the release of a video of him performing the “World’s Fastest Gun Disarm.” His YouTube channel now features over 31 million views and 107 thousand subscribers. Because of his powerful story, humility and unique martial arts background, Victor was able to reach broken, troubled and trafficked youth in speaking engagements across America.
In 2014 Victor began undertaking additional outreach missions beyond North America to fractured communities in Northern Iraq, Syria, Burma and Cambodia. Described as a “high risk missionary” due to his work with children and families rescued from ISIS and the personal struggles of military personnel and their families with the realities of trauma recovery, it’s pretty obvious why Markus supports this organization.
